Cosmo Toiper is a Giant Anteater (not actually giant, that's just the name of the species). Cosmo was born with ectrodactyly (a birth defect that causes fingers and toes to fuse together). He also lost his left eye on the day he was born. He wishes he was a mad doctor like Frankenstein or like The Phantom of the Opera. He's mostly just a normal guy though.
