Tilly's tiny. Roughly around 4'11"
And Kyle? Well he's about 8' tall.
But that doesn't stop him from looking at her as his leader. It doesn't even matter that she's a year younger than him. He'll follow her to hell and back. Kyle views Tilly much like a little sister that he needs to keep out of harm's way, and is actually the reason he evolved perhaps just a little too early. Hence why he still acts very much like a Growlithe in an Arcanine's body.
It doesn't even matter that he's mute. Tilly is loud enough for the both of them.

lol well, he's that tall for 2 reasons.
1. In all of the official pokemon stuff that lists heights, Arcanines are 6 feet tall, and that's when they're standing on all fours. So if they actually stood on two legs, they'd probably be about 9-10 feet tall. I just shrunk that a bit because that's TOO tall.
2. Kyle's original design was kind of like an orange-creamsicle hell hound. Like a Cerberus without the 3-headed thing going on. So he was supposed to be huge anyway.
