i was walking through the garden, the cool night breeze relaxing as i took in the peacefulness of Japan at night. it was my first trip there, and my distant relatives had quite the shrine to explore. i was pretty much wearing the same clothes i'd wear anywhere. my favorite T with cargo shorts. a part of me hoped i wasnt too under-dressed for such a beautiful place, but then again i WAS sneaking around. i got to see very little of the beautiful gardens and shrine earlier today, and my relatives made a point before i went to bed to tell me not to wander about the shrine at night...

needless to say, my curiosity was piqued. i snuck out of the house and through the gate, and explored the beautiful grounds. the clock was approaching midnight as i came up to the ancient shrine at the far reach to the property. the place seemed pristine, untouched by time even, as i peeked through the crack between the old doors, wondering why i wasnt supposed to be here at night... when suddenly the doors swung open on their own.

surprised, i took a step back, finding myself surrounded by a ribbon of flaming pale blue light. readying myself to run when i felt it... a ghostly tap on my shoulder, tingling on my skin and making me freeze for but a moment. it was all the time she needed...

"Oooh, yes! i think you'll be perfect, handsome..." i heard her whisper in my ear, the blue flaming aura seemingly grinning as she pounced, into me...

i love Kiku, she is one of my absolute favorite OC's. and  mirandaleigh did a fantastic job on her in this ink sequence!

also, they have species tab for tanuki, but not one for kitsunes???
