This is why I keep seeing article-titles on "Patents are killing X industry." When misuse of the system gets wide enough, gets to a certain level, it starts destroying that system. It's doubtful that someone's trying to destroy the PacMan series when it's all chips off the dam of the "whole patents rights thing." Aren't there laws against nuisance suits anymore?
