this is what I draw all day at work when I get bored. Usually it is in ballpoint pen on the back of some cast-off menu or assignment sheet or anything. It has been half a year with this dog obsession and I am still not satisfied.

Oh god.... my brother used to do that with Bosun: empty a box full of tennis balls in the driveway, and watch him 'thrash' (an old computer term for when the system is trying to do so many tasks at once that it can't do any of them)...
