Kai is in a new city, without any property or place to live. He is wounded and can't work properly. He happened to stay with Victor, a police wolf of high rank. Neither of them knows truth about their occupation but they like each other a lot.
Kai wanted to leave, looking for new assignment but Victor, trying to keep him by his side, offered to spend money on Kai, buying him new expensive clothes an everything else he wants.
Kai doesn't usually dress like that, he prefers to look younger and more messy, but he wanted to please Victor once in a while.
