Ingredients: 3 eggs (only the whites), 1 can of lemon jelly filling, sugar and sugar cookie dough (store bought)
Steps: roll your cookie dough into little spheres and place them into each hole of a cupcake pan. Bake them to a temperature the packet says to do. When they are baked halfway, take them out of the oven and make small holes/dents in each of the pieces of cookie dough to make a cup shape.
When youre done, place the dough back into the oven to fully bake. After its fully baked, take them out and let them cool. For the top part, take three egg whites and place them in a bowl. Then use an electric mixer to constantly beat the egg whites until theyre a foamy white substance. Then add some sugar while its still foamy.
Taste test the foam until its sweet. Now for the middle, take your can of lemon jelly filling and place each scoop of it into the cookie bowls. After theyre filled, then dab the egg white foam ontop of the lemon jelly layer. After the bowls are covered, place everything into the oven on broil and wait until the faom is brown. After its brown, let it cool and enjoy.
