NEVER! i want a cintiq dangit. I'm way to used to it,and we use cintiqs at my work so it constantly reminds me how superior it is.

i will get one... eventually. when my osap is fully paid off.

I'm still using my Intuos 3 from '06 but I can get why you need dat Cintiq

my tablet likes to drop its driver alot =A= 2003 was a long time ago, and i dont know if its just windows or the tablet, but they don't get along very well. i always need to re-install the drivers, or reboot multiple times till their happy with each other. that, and sometimes while drawing the tablet just looses all pressure sensitivity.

other than that its just, if im gunna drop some cash on a new tablet, better to just go all the way and get dat cintiq. plus, working in animation, its hard to not get used to them and want them, since its all they have at work.

I put off upgrading my drivers for the longest time because I was worried the performance would be even worse.
Luckily I found a version (not the newest) that worked properly.

Yeah. It's a tool you'll use for a long time, definitely worth the investment when you're able!
I didn't like having to hold my arm up, but the one I used was not set up in an ergonomic way at all

i hope to be able to got one! (through alot of patience, and that first-year-off-school-huge-canadian-tax-return, which im sure will help kukuku)

Can't afford fancy shmancy tablet thingy, clearly the only logical solution is to use a hammer and chisel.
