Yeah, I saw that picture and it confused me just the same. They're teenagers there. I always thought Kyle was a little kid. He seems small for a teenager. He looks to be much younger to me. Maybe even a single digit age based on his size: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17195508/ Yami is just gonna have to clarify it definitively.
He typically is in Yami's stories however when I draw him I tend to draw him at different points in time.
