They are, but it's more expensive to order one-offs, which is why Sofawolf ordered a bunch for the convention. After the con, I'll post the site where you can get one if you want. If they sell well here, Sofawolf will likely order a batch for AC as well.

Do they have a small size?

They do, but there are fewer of the less common sizes (S, XXL). I think they ordered most of M-L-XL.
