In the Amiga version, Lester's holographic computer is a 1990 model "Peanut" computer. In the Super NES and Genesis ports, it's 1997. Not sure why they changed a minor detail like that. Either way, maybe Lester comes from that alternate dimension in 'Fringe' where their tech was 30 years ahead of ours (we're at that point in time now and we still don't have holographic computers). Speaking of 'Fringe', Lester would totally get along with Walter Bishop.
