Cirrus is a well renown bartender in [Data Expunged] and he didn't become like this overnight. Years of working at [Data Expunged] with Eror and Alonso capturing [Data Expunged]. After returning to [Data Expunged] finding it destroyed when [Data Expunged] escaped he went after them only to find himself on the beaches of [Data Expunged]. Realizing its beauty Cirrus made a deal with [Data Expunged]. Between the two the purchased a beachfront building and opened up The Shark Lounge bar and hotel.
