Very cute.
I just wanted to let you know that your copyright disclaimer is incorrect. You cannot copyright a concept.

Thank you!
I already have it registered for a patent and yeah, I can copyright a concept as specific as this. It's copyrighting the whole package, not just part of it. If anyone steals the idea they'll find out when I sue for copyright infringement and file a DMCA claim.

"The short answer to the question is you can't patent an idea," said Jennifer Rankin Byrne, spokeswoman for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
I'm sure you haven't patented it. You can copyright ONLY the work itself. You cannot patent a work of art. Patents are for inventions, not works of art. You cannot copyright an idea or a concept. It that was the case you would never see another family sitcom, pokemon clone, or any mouse character besides Mickey Mouse. There would only be one. There is also a fair use law that allows people critique and parody your work. How do you think Spaceballs avoid a lawsuit for George Lucas?

Also no need to threaten me with a DMCA claim. I have no interest in your character.

Not according to the US patent office. You can patent a design but something as specific as a character design is able to be copyrighted and you can register the copyright for around $35. Concepts no, designs, yes. Unfortunately I am not able to post my findings from this machine because of technical difficulties Chrome has been giving me but I have done a little research and I know for a fact you can copyright a design and a character my source for that is Joe Murray's book. I would say Mr. Murray is a reputable source, seeing as to how he had two syndicated series on TV and would know a bit about copyright law.
Also, I wasn't threatening you specifically, it was just an assertion of what would happen to anyone stupid enough to try stealing my characters.
