Another piece that started out as a speedpaint but I ended up devoting a bit more time to polishing. For any wondering, all the work for the speedpaints is done in photoshop. I do not lay out a rough sketch before starting to paint, I just paint and let the ideas flow in their own direction. I never knew how liberating a feeling that could be as I always planned my paintings before, well, painting them. But this way I start with a single color and just go paint slap happy until I start reading something in the paint strokes.

This piece touches my soul. It reminds me of so many dreams I've had. It's like my dream reality. So often have I stared at the stars from a mountain and found the night startlingly beautiful.
I do have a suggestion for future works. Just something that came to mind as I was typing. Sometimes I dream of the aurora borealis in the sky above those mountains. Perhaps a snow leopard scene with those would work out well. It's just a thought.

This is breathtaking, it sends shivers down my spine! This piece feels very flawless and beautiful in a very "windswept silence" kind of way. Thats what comes to mind anyway. Absolutely epic and incredible! Listening to the musical response while admiring the painting was quite an adventure, leaving a pleasant afterglow, almost as if I had visited that very spot. Thank you for sharing!
It's quite hard to describe how calm and free I feel when I look at this picture. <3 The starry sky, the beautiful orange light giving its colour to the panther and the mountains and the whole landscape - all are just great! :) Even though we don't have those kinds of mountains in here Finland, I somehow feel like home when I look at this (that must be the reason for the calm effect.)
You just keep up the great work! ^_^

This is it....my most favourite picture of your gallery so far. There are tons of great masterpieces of artwork and I totally love a lot of them...but this piece here stands out, like the Himalaya as the roof of the world. Combined with Fox Amoores music, which also is my favourite song of him, I can not look at it without tears in my eyes. I love the mountains, I love the wild places, nobody has spoiled yet, the almost untouched spots on earth that are extremely rare...even more than the gorgeous snowleopards. Places of special beauty, like the mountains of the Himalaya. The coloring of this masterpiece here, the wonderful sky with the stars so beautiful, the color shift of the sky, while the day turn to night silently, while the last beams of the sun vanish behind the high and frozen peaks of the mountains, the snowleopard watching it's territory that piecefully lies in eternal frost...It is all so soooooo far beyond beautiful and impressive that I get overwhelmed by my feelings, my imagination...This picture can cheer me up, if I am down but also has a note of bitterness, cause wonderful places and beings like that are so endangered. A true masterpiece....both...your artwork and Fox Amoores song to it. In combination, they are even more...
