Scythe themed commission for 
xefra. Scythes are tricky because they're not really very good weapons in terms of actual combat but, inversely, they always look dynamic as fuck since they're made entirely out of curves and sharpness. I think I got the idea for this one from an "American Vampire" cover (The amazing Atlantic Theater WWII arc for those of you who read good comics) but "it was inspired by vampire comics" describes about ninety percent of what I make so it's not that helpful honestly. Have you seen my twitter feed lately? All sorts of vampire themed goodness. And not the lame kind, the cool kind.
