#713 pulls up close to the Niles, CA depot. Ultumately they want to get all the say to the Niles depot, however a bridge stands in their way, and that requires the Union Pacific to grant them permission. The bridge in question is wide enough, but it is also old and probably dates back to the 'New Deal' era. I wish them luck getting the additional half mile.
