I think it's obvious what is happening here but if not, I'll explain:
Marco, the blonde cat is carrying little Lyserg, the green one, away from Ryu because he doesn't like him. Lyserg is his little angle so he want's to protect him from "big pervy cats" like Ryu. (but he isn't of course, he just love's Lyserg)
