So here's my idea:
If anyone has a fantasy of any two characters they really like, for $30, I'll do a portrait of them together. I'll run this through February, since I did get a little bit of a late start on the whole valentine thing.
As for the picture itself, I love the idea of Tails and Rouge. One's a sexy dominatrix, the other's an innocent cutie. It just works in my head canon. I tried to mimic the sonic appearence, but with my own added touch. More cartoony than usual for me, but I feel like it works for the characters.
