This is waaaay overdue. Not sure why it took so long, but better late than never! I did the sketches for these sometime last year so they are a bit old, but still accurate.

Information for Commissioning and/or Drawing Him:
• THE LEGS ARE NOT A STYLE CHOICE, THAT IS THEIR ANATOMY. Also tarsometatarsals is a big funny word.
• He typically keeps his claws retracted at all times.
• He rarely wears his coat without his wig. He only really goes wigless when in private or nude. He CAN wear his wig while nude, though.
• He MUST have all three tails.
• Expressions generally range from grumpy and angry to flustered/embarrassed (if with Audrey) but any expression is fine with context.
• No NSFW without permission. Not that you know what his junk looks like anyway teehee ;)


What's an Ambivian?
Ambivians are one of my alien races apart of my brainworld. While they have no Earth-animal equivalent, they evolved from cat-like creatures, thus they can be considered heavily feline-inspired. They live on a planet called (so creatively) Ambivia.


What's this Royal vs Commoner thing?
Ambivians can be of different classes and types, but the primary "type" of Ambivian (as in, those in the major population) have a split class system based on rich bloodline/heritage/wealth. Ambivian culture is very focused on these things, and Royalty and Commoners simply don't interact (or get along) and are considered distinctly different.


Other Ambivian Fun Facts:
• Last names are based upon where the individual was born.
• Ambivians typically have antennae, but male Ambivians have the potential to lack them due to a masking gene. Picard is one of them.
• Male Ambivians do not have hair, unlike females who do. This is why Picard must wear a wig.
• Typically, Royals can be told apart from Commoners by three things: the distinctive eye marking, three tails instead of the common 2, and dark purple skin vs light purple skin. While Picard holds all three traits, he is still a Commoner due to one of his parents being part or all Commoner, and being orphaned. So while he may have had a rich bloodline (and likely did due to his appearance), he was "discarded" and thus lacks all privileges. He clearly resents this.


Misc. Picard Facts:
• He gets mistaken for a Royal often, and he loves to play it up, pretending to have a double identity.
• While his gender is Non-Binary, he has no real "label". He's some mix of Bigender and Agender. He/She pronouns can be used, but he hates being called they/it. "He" is default.
• While he cuddles with his mate, he is probably always growling/mewling irritably, even if he clearly likes it. Sometimes a weird hybrid of growling/purring. Too sweet!
• I consider Picard my "FurAffinitysona" cause he's basically my mascot here. SOOOO
