Not really a take my hand pose... Take my hand gestures usually are palm up.

Lol I prefer the ones where the hand is face down ^^, face up is too soft, girlish, a fantasy. Face down shows that they are in control, that it is merely a gesture not meant for anything else

I've never seen a face down gesture as any "grab my hand" gesture. The palm down way have always been viewed as distrustful because it didn't show if you were carrying a weapon on your underarm. It's culturally and human instinctively a not so kind gesture.
