Likely the coolest Airsoft weapon I have, the Snow Wolf M41A1 is the only "all-in-one" version of this weapon on the Airsoft market. Before, you had to purchase a Thompson AEG (Automatic Electric Gun) and a M41A1 kit and put the two together which was more expensive and time consuming. Of course, the M41A1 was the weapon used by the Colonial Marines in the "Aliens" movie.
It is a 1:1 scale weapon with a collapsible stock, functioning LED ammunition counter, and a mock grenade launcher (the pump fore-grip slides back, revealing a grenade in the chamber). It is select fire, with a 190 round magazine capacity, firing 6mm pellets from 380-400 FPS (Feet Per Second) via a full metal Version 6 gearbox, and is a hefty 9lbs thanks to being of polymer/metal construction. It can use almost any Thompson AEG magazines though the normal magazine for the Snow Wolf M41A1 is shorter.

But, if you had a lot of disposable income and firearm manufacture experience, you could purchase the rifle and shotgun components (which, I'd imagine, would be at least in the $400+ range), pay the $200 tax for each when the weapons are cut down (making them a Class III Short Barrel Rifle and a Class III Short Barrel Shotgun), pay the gunsmith to make the modifications after being approved for the SBR and SBS, find a M41A1 pulse rifle kit, then take the time and materials to make it all fit...and work...together.
So, yea...not impossible...just impractical as that guy found out since he isn't going to make them.
I shall take my airsoft M41A1 and will be quite happy.
