I designed and drew this guy way back last summer with the other Dragons of State, but never finished him because I initially had trouble resolving the wings to my satisfaction. Well, he’s done now, so that I could include him in the Dragons of State Postcard Set, and I’m happy with the result! He represents Russia, taking cues from their history of rich design aesthetics.
