My Best Buddy Nook!
This is a pic of my best buddy Manook (Nook for short) - He's a 5 (almost 6) year old purebred Siberian Husky, and my bestest friend ever! We've been through everything in the few five years we've been pals, everything from new (old) cars, new friends, old friends passing or leaving, heartbreak and fun times. He's been there for me every single time steadfastly, and has never let me down on any occasion. He's the best thing that has happened to me in a long time, and is ALWAYS anticipating me coming home, sitting at the glass door looking for me
Him and his sister Moshimo (Mo or Moshi for short) sing for us every once and a while, and keep each other company when we're not home. The bond that Nook and I share is one so strong that I'd rather keep him in my life than ever have another person enter it. I mean that 100%, and I do honestly believe he understands it as well .
The picture is actually taken inside of his crate, because he decided that he was comfy and wouldn't come out for the picture - so I went in! :D
I have a TON of pictures with him, I'll slowly feed them into here, so I don't spam my watchers with a million uploads :P

I've had a few different dogs growing up, a beagle when I was super young (barely remember it), 2 Chows (miss them dearly, I absolutely loved them), and now these 2 Siberians! I also worked at a kennel for six years and knew literally THOUSANDS of different dogs, and everything about them personality / food / medication wise - but even after that I'm willing to say that the bond that Huskies, Malamutes, Wolf-Dogs, Shepherds, and Chows create with you is one un-rivaled by any other breeds. I'm so fortunate to be able to experience such a thing, even though they are very high maintenance breeds!
Yeah, they're definitely worth it, unfortunately they're a breed that EVERYONE wants and most people cannot properly care for because they don't realize how high-energy they are D:
I'm in PA, and in the summer it can easily get to 105F some days, we have to take them into the AC so their coats don't OVER overheat them... But at those temps you need to bring every dog in. They LOVE the snow so much - I'll have to get some pics of them in the snow up sometime, they're hilarious!
Shepherds are a great, loyal breed! I've worked with a ton of them, and had the pleasure to work with a few K9 officers as well!

Oh cool! Mines a Search and Rescue he's so smart! I live in North Carolina in the mountains and right now its colder than a murderers heart!! Temps here usually get up to around 70 during summer. I bet your husky would love it here right about now hahaha. I guess a really good thing to do also is brush them really good ^^
OH YEAH lol, it's about 2F right now here :P They'd LOVE to stay out and play ALLLLL Day and night at that temp, but I pull them back in after about 15 minutes, I don't need their pads cracking x.x
Oh man.... brushing these beasties lol.... every day - every other day at MINIMUM! Every week you can get a LARGE Glad Trash bag FULL and I mean PACKED FULL lol from the two of them xD Too bad I don't have a legitimate need for their hair, it's sooooooo soft and clean and bright white (as it's usually the undercoat that sheds most), I'd be a millionaire if someone bought it all xD

Yeah, I would, but I got no sewing talent whatsoever - well I made a few things for my Pyramid Head cosplay that I had to sew, but besides that lol.. I'll be posting pics of that *hopefully* tomorrow sometime, it's pretty legit.
Idk if the hair is even usable, since it's so short and fine (yeah it's only approx 1.5 inches long if that lol) and suuuuuuuuuuper thin, can barely see them unless there're 2 or 3 of them wrapped around one another! Would be nice though to make some money on something on here xD I'm slowly working on my commission-page, but until that's up and running I doubt I'll get anything :P

I'll try to limit it to 1 pic a day or every other day for now - I don't want to spam you guys with adorable fluffiness! If you guys want though, you can have all of the fur we brush off of them everyday! :P
You could EASILY make a COMFY pillow with the hair from these two every week! lol!
