A word on some features:
Mullethawk - Thicker mohawk, spiked/messy on top and relatively smoothed down in the back
Ear Tufts - Curl them, the top is even with the height of the mullethawk
Saber Teeth - Top canines go straight down, bottom canines jut out and up. The top canines end half way up the height of the eye and both top and bottom are the same height. Please note that the bottom canines are behind the top canines, and this is not correct anatomy! Her skull actually places the bottom canines behind the top canines, it does not just look like it here.
Warpaint: ALL OF THE RED IS WARPAINT. That is paint. Technically you don't have to include it. Also if you want it can glow.
Markings: The green ones glow. Just the markings glow, not the paws or hair or nose.
Eyes: The iris can glow if you want.
Extra notes: fav.me/d9zmpxf is a secondary red I have drawn for this character, and should answer any more questions, including the jawset/tongue/gums.
Clothes:
Really any punk type stuff will do. When I get a chance I'll post a pic of my personal battle jacket and such and link it here at some point.
Personality:
PUNK TRASH THAT THINKS IT'S COOL BUT IT'S NOT OH GOD IT'S NOT IT'S TRASH. Blasts the oi, ska and streetpunk but has a giant softspot for rockabilly/swing and hair metal. Anarchist. Also very small fluffball that thrives off attention and affection. Can get very loud and can talk fast and trip over her words and when excited. Usually tries to be easy going. Cares about everything way too much.
