You picked the right one too! :D I'm actually using mine right now.

Quick question, what firmware do you have on your iPod? If you need to check, just touch 'settings', touch 'general', then touch 'about' and look under version. It should tell you. :3

You know you can save pictures to your iPod over the Internet, right? All you have to do is press and hold the image you want to save and a tiny menu will pop up with 2-3 options. Or, you can press the 'hold' button and the 'menu' button at the same time to take a screen shot. :3
