but just reading the little blurb underneath the picture, just felt like saying something..

While I find images of children in adult/sexual situations.... unsavory, and I am not saying this to advocate for people that enjoy it, reviewing court cases for my psychology class, I found that even the law is undecided on the subject of hand drawn art containing it. A few cases in the 1980's and 1990's had some cases being shown protection under the 1st amendment, and others found people being sentenced with jail time. There were a few cases that, due to the extreme scenarios drawn and the sheer amount, that the case actually got passed up all the way to the supreme court. Most of those were found, except for one, drawn animated, illustrated, or otherwise fictional representation of minors in sexual situations is not child pornography.
Most of the cases where the artist or collector of said illustrations was convicted were due to the fact they had photographic evidence, video, etc. of children in sexual situations.
Pedophilia is also not a crime, but is a Psychological disorder that can be treated and kept in control.
In Short:
1) CP is only CP if it is a video or photo, and does not have artistic value
2) Illustrated or Literary examples of minors in sexual situations is usually investigate on a case by case situation.
3) Not all people who commit crimes against children are pedophiles, and the word for a psychological disorder should not be used to describe perpetrators of that crime.

To close:
Sexualizing of a minor, no matter what the media, is just wrong..
