I'm not supposed to say I like pulled pork anymore sence I'm going more Vegitarian based...but...but. It's pulled pork! and damnit I love it too. I just don't use my smoker much for that...I was making smoked turkey, and pulled pork, and ribs...

I was doing that once a month and had to knock it off I had a few medical "issues" that frankly scared the $&@/ out of me...soooo I gotta cut back....waayyy back. but as a result I feel FANTASTIC now.

Ha, I understand. I have a few vegetarian friends, strangely because I'm a huge carnivore! lol

Yeah, I think I've met someone before who couldn't have pork due to health issues, it does something that can harm them. I can't quite remember, and i'm sorry to hear that about you. Glad you're okay now!!!! I can't imagine never being able to eat pork! its my states top food source!! lol

:p Who doesn't love pulled pork? I haven't had it in forever either. I tried some vegan alternatives, but wasn't too fond of 'em. Guess it's just one of those things I'm always gonna miss. haha.
