my outdoor cat left a house sparrow on my porch, so i decided to try and preserve the wings. for something this small, it was pretty much idiot-proof. house sparrows are considered pests, so it's legal to possess these wings.

Yeah, I'm trying to keep the cat in from now on, because I'd rather not have her keep killing stuff when I feed her more than enough, but it's hard. She was born a stray, so she darts out the door past me whenever I open it. I attempted to give her a collar with a bell, but she got it off and lost it somehow, too. :/
