Powers/Cybernetics: heart replace with a flame Ice core, with cybernetics going from her arms and brain, all center to the chest, her limbs can make flames yet they cannot be controlled, her limbs can make ice and control it 90% of the time.

Bio Story: she was a normal girl who had no home or family as she lost them to Doctor Eggman's attack some years ago, she grown up alone with no friends or anyone as she only been looking out for herself.
she was then found by Rogue agents of "GUN" who took her in where she went under many lab tests with others, she was only given a number, Number 023.
she felt pain over and over but yet she did not scream or anything, the pain she felt was just a other thing in her life and she will just let it be, this cause the one in command of all this to fav her the most and he begin to do a lot of tests on her.
one day she was moved to a hidden lab far away from any city or villages or towns, where the lab was an old factory that belong to Eggman.
there it was turn into a lab and she was with 4 other test subjects, which had the highist raten to be equpt with most bio or cybernetics.
she was set for the project known as Flame Ice, which was to control fire and Ice yet the test core was too big to be put in her arms or legs and not really good if not in a safe place.
so she was cut open and had her limbs removed and her body work on fully to get cybernetics all inside and out of her body until she became what she is now.
Test one, the Fire control did not go well as when she use it all she could do was make fire and watch it burn, yet when testing the Ice controls, it was almost like it was apart of her and her cold mood.
her feelings began to become more cold as she train with using the ice control and once her training with it was complete a Cybernetic control was set on her ears, giving the one in command full control over her, a type of soun brainwashing that only works as long as it conneted close to the ears.

she and the other 4 was sent out to fight someone known as Runnic the Hybird for stopping the one who doing these Tests on everyone to begin with, they was strong fighting him backing him down hard and going in for the kill when he let out a blast that brock one of the control ear units and when he saw this he took all of them out and freeing all 5 from the one who did this to them.
after they was relax Runnic wanted to help them yet the one who choice to be their leader the bat woman, she ask if they can use somewhere they all be alone.
Runnic took them to a cave and with his help they made the inside into a living home for them all and with his Mother's Tech they was able to have power and a training room to train to make sure they can keep control over themselfs.
there was a lab room set up to more like a Medic bay to check on them to make sure they don't get sick or anything.
each one had their own room and they did what they wanted.

Romina was mostly to herself alone and cold to the others, yet the one thing she found to enjoy was reading, she would ask Runnic for a book or 2 to read and yet she still felt cold no feelings, yet she didn't know her flame ice core heart was feeling a little warm when she was around him.
Romina when she walk in on the others having some fun with Runnic, she would get angry and storm into her room, yet she didn't note the anger she felt, as Romina continues her new life one day she train with Runnic in wanting control more, it ended with her having him pin down.
in reactsion she did not know what to do and before she knew it she was kissing him, she got off him shock bu return to being cold and left.
now and then she would see Runnic alone but when his over with others or anyone other she keep away.
