well you see, young-un, back in the day there was this hilarious set of exercise tapes with names like Abs of Steel, Thighs of Steel, and of course Buns of Steel. it was one of those things everybody had flipped past the infomercial for so many times that they knew what it was, and the stupid title lived long after the infomercials died, bringing joy and laughter to those of us who remember.

Yes, I remember the buns of steel ads. I may have been a kid, but they were funny enough to stay in my mind. The first part was just a joke.
