Commision for  radarnocturn of his villain character Dr. Izzo.

What I know of this character is that he is or was a red panda (never drew one of them before, that was fun), he apparently lost his body and exists now as a brain in a jar, and he constructed an android body that he can hide inside of.

The android also has a weapon concealed in its right hand which is the reason for the glove. I added the dialogue as I thought it added something to the picture and modified it a little after radarnocturn said he tends to rant like Davros from the Dr. Who TV show.

As far as the art goes, I'm trying to do a lot more with my backgrounds. I'm getting better. and coloring my lines.
