
very large rack of pork spare ribs seasoned lightly with some "Pork producers" then wraped up in tinfoil, baked for about an hour and a half at 275, then opened the tinfoil envelope and cranked to 400 basting every 10ish minutes with about half a cup of sweet vidalia onion BBQ cause :D so tender that when i was cutting it i thought one of the bones was cartilage... served up with baked beans and potato salad <3 mmm
