Behold, Streak's first incarnation! For those who don't know, there are two Streaks. The second one was created after the death of the first, this one. Below are his FULL details, but be advised that a lot of these details are revised, and will not be prominent in the character until I have done my rewrites.

Backstory:

A young wolf of 20 years and a brand new student in college, Chad was found and chosen for his (potential) by the interdimensional energy being he named "Falcon" who, after finding and bonding with his body like a passenger, imbued Chad with mystical strength and powers. Falcon was then able to speak directly into Chad's mind, tutoring him in what it means to be a hero and blessing the wolf with his wisdom.

After accepting the responsibility, the young wolf ordered some materials online to create his first costume, opting for something that allowed him maximum freedom of movement, and thus created his iconic blue leotard and boots. Heading out into the city's skyline, he decided to adopt the alias of "Streak", and wasted no time in getting to work, much to Falcon's dismay, which quickly resulted in Streak botching up his attempts at superhero work, especially during his first encounter with Dirtbag, who developed a fondness for humiliating the newbie superhero.

He quickly became known as possibly Beacon City's least bright superhero.

Powers:

Streak has vastly superior strength, reflexes, speed, stamina, durability, athleticism, high resilience to heat, cold, pain, and can even hold his breath for nearly ten minutes. This allows him to perform highly impressive acrobatic feats, lift very heavy objects, run much faster, tire out slower and take more punishment than normal. Not only is his flesh tougher, but he heals much faster and is essentially immune to all disease. When moving rapidly, such as when leaping across rooftops, his powers tend to manifest a trail of blue energy, making him resemble a blue streak in the night sky, hence why he chose the name "Streak". This blue energy also propels him, allowing him to not only leap and run faster but also allows him to run up the side of buildings.

He also has no need to sleep, eat, drink or use the bathroom, allowing him to devote himself full-time to superhero work... and college studies. He also possesses "omni-sight", a power that allows him to essentially leave his body and explore his surroundings as if his eyes can leave his head and fly around. He also has the ability to change the colour of his fur and eyes between normal and pure white fur and deep blue eyes, allowing him to conceal his identity via a simple colour change.

Personality:

Positive Traits: Chad is optimistic, friendly, and highly sociable. Bound by a simplistic, childlike innocence and morality, he is hard to offend and even harder to anger. He does his best to balance his life as a superhero with his life as a college student. His catchphrase before engaging a supervillain is “Let’s Tango!”

Negative Traits: At times, he can be irresponsible, impulsive, and reckless. He tends to overestimate himself, rushing into situations without thinking and biting off more than he can chew, always open to a fight with the bad guys and eager to see justice done in a blaze of glory. He is frequently lazy and a bit of a slob, not to mention not very bright, and struggles with his studies without the help of his girlfriend. He also wrestles with his morality, wondering whether he loves being a superhero because it allows him to do good, or for the thrill.

Likes: Chad shares an insatiable love of swimming and tight swimsuits with his girlfriend. He will never miss an opportunity for a party or other social gathering. He loves being a superhero with every fibre of his being and is not afraid to deny it. Due to spending almost all his time awake, he can feel mentally exhausted after days of training, superhero, and college work, and likes to relax in his dorm room by simply bringing himself to sleep in his bed or surfing the internet, usually still in his costume. His favourite foods are pizza, macaroni and cheese, steak, and bananas. He loves any music with those "squeaky chipmunk voices" and is big on gaming.

Dislikes: Chad hates being told what to do, and easily grows tired of Falcon's pestering. He cannot stand cigarette smoke and being alone, preferring the comfort of being around others. He has a particular distaste for being left out and can feel lonely very easily. Like Faith, he suffers from claustrophobia and hates small spaces.

Relationships: He tends to be highly opposed to Falcon's "authority", thinking of him more as a "boss" or "keeper", so the two normally find themselves at odds, yet Chad knows that Falcon cares about him, even though Falcon's stoic nature rarely shows it. He is deeply in love with Faith, his Asian Otter girlfriend, who he rashly revealed his identity to, much to Falcon's dismay. Faith and his parents are the only things Chad loves more than being a superhero.

Weaknesses:

As strong as he is, Streak is not immune to sharp objects and bullets. A side-effect of Falcon's powers also results in an increased libido and sensitivity to physical pleasure, which in turn has the effect of damaging his concentration, making him highly susceptible to hypnosis and other forms of mind control or brainwashing. Due to not being very intelligent, when he does analyse a situation, he usually does so poorly.
