Yes, the skirt is 3/4 coverage front, split on both legs to thigh.. and split high on the back with slightly shorter 'tails' on the back.
The bustier wraps around the lower back and laces closed... with the top parts crossing behind the neck and joining at the front in a collar clasp / lock / ring combo.
