This took me longer than I care to think about. And not to mention I actually had to drag myself out of bed early to post it up.

There is totally a not-so-complicated and completely absurd backstory I have for why he's here and why he's the way he is, but for simplicity's sake we can just leave it as they're each just trying to go for the Villain High Score. This may just be the result of them having tried to rob the same diamond vault at the same time
