I love pictures like this... always been fascinated by how nature reclaims what is rightfully its domain.

I've been watching this house for the past 15 years or so. It wasn't in bad shape at first. I could walk through it and thought it might have been salvageable to live in even back then.

I should check on the ruin outside of town...photographed several years ago because the rust and bricks were amazing. Its only door was completely wonky, every angle wrong.

I'm pretty sure whatever Cthulhuiod thing living in that place warped it even more...seriously, that area was so creepy I thought I was in The Dunwich Horror

I need some more places like that around here.
I know of one place up in the Sierras out of Mineral King where I hiked once and you could actually feel the malignancy around you. It was soooooo strange! There were big black pits all over in the rock and if I walked close to them they called to me to jump in. I'm not kidding. It was the scariest place I've ever been. Needless to say I left post haste and will not likely be going back.

Wow. that's unnerving and fascinating at the same time. Some places are just...wrong. There's a house near the one I photographed. I swear, it was right out of some slasher film. But unlike a slasher-film idiot, I promptly went the other direction. Good thing too... just as I reached my car this wild dog came outta nowhere and attacked the car :P Oh yeah, it's a lovely place XD

It doesn't seem to be listed at the moment. But I'd wager it's on a goodly sized parcel of land. And land ain't cheap around here.

If it were in better shape bet it'll be a hot spot for some paranormal investigations
Tho that front facing triangular piece looks like it's in better soaps then the rest of the house

If you didn't keep dropping all those scraps down there me n' the rats would never have moved in. You've only yourself to blame.

I can't. The rats kicked me out, kept complaining about hygiene. They're not nearly as hospitable as the roaches in your kitchen.
