i have used this suit for about 4 hours

head fits about 21-23 inch head.
legs wil fit most(must wear with brutels)
feet are fully foam(inside) to max size 7,5 female max. smaller works always
feet are attached to the leg (one piece pants)
pants itself can be removed from the foam padding
feet padding is a little damaged because i walked outside with them
