In the PCA, a new principal is apparently enforcing a new dress code for all students. This is a Ripple. A vaporeon that up till recently was known for his flamboyant attire and especially for his numerous piercings which are now unacceptable. He's a little disappointed.

I plan to post the policy behind ripple on a school bulletin board with some colorful student opinions added in.
