Originally this was supposed to be UF!Sans but then I said I'll draw that bastard later. XD

I just really wanted to draw this guy for once. I gave him the alt. design with a turtle neck cause I still suck on drawing ribs for some damn reason and I still don't get why the expose rib cadge thing....eh whatever the hell fan girls like I guess.
