I had a dream that in Fallout 4 they released additional content that lets you transform into a Deathclaw similar to the Beast Form power in Skyrim.

I'd say it's an improvement; Death Claws are feared by nearly everything; they are essentially the Big Daddies of the Fallout Universe =)
