Don't dwell on what you don't or cannot have. Celebrate what you have accomplished and revel in what you have. Two days past was my own birthday (a number rather larger than 19). It was spent not with the person I wanted to spend it most with (because she is otherwise occupied literally half a world away for several months) but with a few good friends instead. Don't be depressed about what's beyond your reach - revel in how far you've come and look forward to what you're going achieve. And don't drink cheap vodka.

Dwelling and drinking often pave the way for bad things. Been there, done it. We all have to an extent. Look at things this way....You woke up today, there's still breath entering and leaving your lungs and your heart is still beating. It hurts to sometimes, but just smile.
