In the plane of Theros Dok (Doak) was just a single lone wanderer who was out on an expedition but had already ran empty of all of his food and water. In a dark muggy forest he wondered if he could come into contact with Pharika, The God of Affliction. With what he had left Dok prepared a prayer to Pharika. It was answered in a few hours nonetheless Dok had come close to starvation. With what he had left in him he cried out to be fed something. Pharika sent two slightly large snakes. Pharika inscribed on a snake that one contains a bountiful harvest of food and water while the other contained a horrendous toxin. Lightheaded and unclear of thought Dok bit into the snake with the inscription. Immediately he felt toxic burn his throat, he cried in agony and fell, blacking out. Dok awoke a week later. He did not believe his eyes or eye that he survived as it turned out Dok had rotted due to the toxic he had drank. half of his face had decayed, he lost an eye, and the only real part of him left was his right arm and neck that he now tries to keep covered with a cloth. Later Dok roams to find a use for himself, as if he had a use before. He passes a graveyard and upon accidentally stepping on a tombstone he feels something under him rise. Dok falls and looks behind himself to see a skeleton bowing as if he was a servant. Dok felt his skeltal (L) hand burn he quickly looked at it and saw it glow. As he moved closer to the skeleton he realized that the hand got hotter with power he soon concluded that he has the ability to animate and command skeletons alike him. Dok grinned as he finally found out what he was good for.
