Others've mentioned the very smooth flow of the linework. I particularly like the simple but effective way you've rendered the hair. If you take this further, the background forearm right around the elbow seems like it might be a tad thick, or perhaps it's just the curve of the bicep above it...I'm not a hundred percent sure.
