Their magical creatures.
Their Magic comes from the end of their tails, and can only be activated after they read the spell from their tails.
If the eye on their tail is damaged it will cause their magic to go out of control.
If completely gone they can not use magic at all.
The length of the tail determines how powerful they are.
Their mostly hired for creating spells, and potions for none magic users. But sometimes can be hired for protection/bodyguards
