Egads man! The first page of shine I draw after ive been away always looks like cheesy pants no matter how much freakin time I spend on it. It looks like I knocked this together in 10 minutes but I swear it's taken all day, sorry I promise the next page will look betterer.

Also as a side note I actually have a car seat. Ive only really used it once, the problem being the extra height the carseat base raises you up so you feel really exposed and in view. Likewise I also used to have a similar harness that teca is putting on star, this was much more subtle and was a 5 point harness system that just fit over the existing seat in the car. I really loved that thing but we gave it away once we got the proper baby carseat

Ok, first thing, I think you missed a typo in the first panel. "Your pacifier" instead of "You pacifier" ^_^;
Now, onward with my actual comment. This page just comes across so cutely with Star and Lure's paci-hampered dialogue x3. Kind of wondering what this Bella person is like since Lure seems to be a bit scared of her ^_^;. I wonder if frills and dresses might have something to do with it x3

Unless Bella previously threatened Lure with a dress, I don't think either Manda or Teca would make him wear one. I don't have any foundation for saying that, but I get the feeling that both of them want their babies to be happy, and Lure wouldn't be happy in a dress. No, I think Bella is an over the top AB Mommy, and Lure is afraid of what she might do out in public with him. But, that's just my guess, and all of my other guesses have been wrong, so this one probably is, too!
I don't. I have a 2007 Hyundai Elantra and even though there are quite a few of the same body style around here (Central MN), mine's the only one I've ever seen with a 5-Speed manual.
If I remember correctly if you want to get a full drivers license in the UK you *have* to take your drivers test with a manual transmission car. If you don't you get a restricted license that limits you to driving Automatics only.

I'd think then that most people here in the U.S. would end up with a Restricted License. It's HARD to find anything but an Automatic transmission. It's hard to find anyone to teach you how to drive a manual transmission.

For some reason it's always "carseat this" an' "carseat that", but never anything 'bout booster seats... I remember the one I had years ago, to get the arm to flip up so you could get out of it there was a big red square button on the side with a star molded onto it, hadta push the button really hard to get it to open though.
Hmm, I bet that thing's probably still buried in storage someplace, might even still have its original box... I should dig around for that sometime an' see if I can find it. That and this big old metal toy U-HAUL truck in the old orange-on-silver colors, had a roll-up rear door an' everything. ^_^
