Even with the effects of the photo, which I only noticed might have made it darker I still think this is a great piece. To me, it gives off a pretty dark, almost voodoo-like vibe.... I love it!

Ooooh, I love the background! The swirly-color is a newer thing to see, but it isn't rainbow-gay or anything. It maintains the mood. And this is good. But...the ring-dragon reminds me of my ultimate-favorite Ouroborus picture that you did (I don't know if I spelled that right because I suck so much) and it brings back such memories of fetus-dispensing doorbells. I do like your continuous/repetition themes, possibly more than the symmetry...even if they're related.

The antlers look great, though...those are particularly handsome and I think they offset the way the eyes sorta pop out, too. But all the various branchings-out are eye-catching...and oh! Let me add in a semi-OMGOMGOMGcomment about the arm-muscles :> I'm drooling inside. Your uber-detailing is always appreciated by this stalker!

That sounds unfortunate. Perhaps you could soothe it with a balm of unadulterated lemon bark and searing tooth. I hear it works best the the tip of the solstice iceberg in spring.
