This is my Jolteon Pokésona, Aokin. His name is Japanese for "Bluegold" and is pronounced "ay-OH-kihn". The name can also be written in three other Japanese writing styles besides the romaji, as is seen written here on the reference sheet in vertical Asian alignment. In the bottom left Aokin is written as アオキン in katakana, and in the top right as あおきん in hiragana, and in the bottom right as 青金 in kanji.
His parents live with trainers, so when Aokin hatched, he was raised in a nice home and well cared for. The child of his parents' trainers is destined to become Aokin's trainer as well, and were friends since the day Aokin hatched from his egg.
Like my other Pokésona, an Umbreon named Kagehikari, Aokin hatched a different color from other Eevees, and his evolution into Jolteon is also very peculiar as it happened not by contact with a Thunderstone, but by getting struck with lightning during a thunderstorm during battle against an Electrike. Due to the conditions of the weather, the bolt of lightning wasn't white, yellow, or red, but instead blue, which gives Aokin the blue fur he has now. When he was an Eevee, Aokin had golden-yellow fur instead of the silver-white fur of a Shiny, and he had dark green eyes. His eyes became cyan lime green when he evolved. Also, due to mysterious astronomical occurrences of the incidence, Aokin's right shoulder gains a white spiral marking.
Aokin has attention deficit disorder (ADD), with a little obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) as one of the symptoms, so he needs someone to keep him in line sometimes. Aokin sometimes have a tendency to not pay attention, interrupt others, and often forget what he's supposed to be doing, sometimes fixated on something else, but when he gets overwhelmed by something, he completely flips out and loses his cool. Hyper-focusing OCD and the ADD tendency to be easily distracted affect him in equal amounts. Sometimes, he make rash judgements, and act without thinking first, and can be quite reckless at times. It wasn't that he was actually trying to get into trouble, but he just keeps finding himself neck-deep in trouble.
Unlike Kagehikari, who doesn't have ADD and thus is more mature and in control, Aokin gets anxious, depressed, and struggles to handle changes beyond his ability to control. Aokin would have a tough time surviving on his own in the wilderness, not only because of his unusual colorations, but also because ADD holds him back and gets him into a ton of trouble at each turn. Medication to diagnose ADD are not easily available to Pokémon in the wilderness, though, and are thus not known to most. But perhaps there might be a special kind of Berry or Herb that may help correct the hormonal/chemical imbalances in his brain system, and can be used as a medical drug. The source of this special and extremely rare variety must be carefully guarded, however, since the very stuff that can help Aokin diagnose his ADD can also intoxicate normal Pokémon who don't have this condition. The medical drug Aokin may use would be a combination of a Berry called Dextimu, and an Herb known as Fetaren, neither of which are registered as common knowledge, since both are extremely rare.
The trainer needs to be patient and understanding, yet firm when necessary, and know how to deal with attention deficit and obsessive compulsive disorders, such as reminding Aokin of his task, and even help him out from time to time. That trainer also need to be consoling and supportive whenever Aokin gets overwhelmed or depressed or anxious. ADD has a lot of issues that can make it hard for those who have it to fit in society, so as such, Aokin needs a stable trainer who can guide him.
But Aokin is kind and compassionate, and very gentle. He's creative and intuitive, not to mention very smart with many brilliant ideas. He is also loyal to his friends, and he is very talented. Technology always fascinate him, and he can easily figure out how to use most common human objects such as computers.
[Edit] Since Aokin needs a trainer, there's also a chance for someone to become his (my) trainer. Here's the journal concerning how to apply for the position.
Since Aokin is a Jolteon, not to mention a Pokémon, he belongs as part of these groups:

Hehe, thank you! Aokin is a very unique Jolteon. But unfortunately, he face challenges because of his ADD. To be honest, this is my first "flawed" OC, in that he is not perfect like my other OCs. I take pride in how this one came out.
Aokin: "Jolt jolteon tee-jolt?" (Wanna come play with me?)
Aokin: "Jolt jolteon tee-jolt?" (Wanna come play with me?)
Aokin: "J-jolt! Teon tee-joltee jolteon! Jolteon tee j-jolteon jolt joltee Jolteon!" (Awesome! Race you to the finish line! Last one to the river is a stinky Garbodor!) *Zips off towards said river about a kilometer away with a five-second head start, chuckling*
Thank you. I'm hoping someday to get a story written about him. Good thing I learned how to speak Pokémon, especially in the Umbreon and Jolteon dialects. ^w^

At this point, his parents' trainers have already long since finished their journeys as veteran trainers, yet they feel the offsprings of their beloved Pokémon deserves a chance to explore the world as their parents did, and see all the treasures that the world has to offer. As such, passing trainers can choose from the litter of young Eevees to share the adventures with, allowing each Eevee the chance to follow their own paths to self-discovery and evolution. Aokin happened to be a very special case, as he evolved prematurely and in a way like no other. Yes, Aokin does need a young and energetic trainer to travel with, one with a heart full of kindness and compassion and love.
I hope you will find a nice young trainer too. I was raised in my parents' trainer's home too, but I got my own trainer when I was a teenager. Well, she's less a trainer than a partner. Some wild pokemon refer to me as a pet, because she doesn't use me for pokemon battles, but I am helping her at home and at work!
