It reminds me of the little 'bumper' from "Zootopia", in which 'Nick' holds up two paw-fingers - pretending to be 'rabbit ears' behind the head of 'Judy' (who eventually nudges him with her elbow, as if to say "Cut it out!")... Nice drawing, regardless of what you originally thought of it!
