O-oh. We're getting real now, aren't we.
Something I meant to address like twenty-five pages ago, but - as weak as she is - Icebox can change form when she powers up, albeit very minimally (in this case, her higher state of transformation makes that mouthpiece disappear).
So here's where my ignorance of Dragon Ball starts to shine a little bit. I've been relying heavily on the DB Wiki for lore things, and my knowledge of the Galactic Police is pretty minimal. All I know is that their numbers are in the double digits and their prison is located on the comically-named planet, Nutts. So if there's anything about this that doesn't align with Dragon Ball canon, c'est la vie.
