Here's a collaboration with 
bloody-angel-22
She sculpted the front part of the head in Sculptris. I added the eyebrows and eye holes, removed the parts that were not needed (back of the head,...), constructed the lower jaw and made it 3d-printable.
The model is not completely finished - I'll make some holes for better ventilation and add a jaw hinge.
